The Wallace Eventing shop at wallaceeventing.com is run by Wallace Eventing, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we,” “us”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Refund and Returns Policy, and our Privacy Policy.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any applicable tax are shown at checkout before you pay.
We work hard to get prices and descriptions right, but mistakes can happen. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or was listed at a clearly wrong price. If we cancel, we’ll let you know and refund you in full.
Made-to-order products
Most of our items are printed on demand by our production partner after you order, so each one is made just for you. Production takes a few business days before your order ships.
Colors on screen can differ slightly from the finished product, and garment-dyed shirts vary a little from one to the next. Product photos may be mockups.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout by card or PayPal and processed by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
Shipping
We currently ship to US addresses only. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
Printed items and our in-stock Trust the Process items ship from different places, so an order with both may arrive in separate packages. If a package goes missing or arrives damaged, email us and we’ll help.
Returns and refunds
Because most items are made to order, we don’t accept returns for a change of mind or the wrong size. If something arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, we’ll replace it or refund you. Our Refund and Returns Policy has the details.
Limited editions
Limited edition designs are sold only during the window shown on the product page. When the window closes, the design is retired, and we don’t plan to reissue it in the same form.
Our designs
All designs, logos, photos and text in the shop, including the Wallace Eventing name and crest, belong to Wallace Eventing, LLC or are used with permission. Buying a product doesn’t give you the right to copy, resell or reproduce its design.
The legal bits
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. We may update them from time to time; the version posted when you place your order is the one that applies.
